There is another simple method for this , while creating Setup project of your application , In the File System window we can see 3 folders (Application Folder,Users Desktop & User's prgm menu) , Right click any where inside the window the we can add special folders ,Select User's startup folder from that and the add a shortcut of your primary output to this folder. thats all
