hi please i have project which consist of a music player that contains contains an acess database in which various songs are been attrached to it , so my main problem is to link the database with the form  link this database with the combobox

Sorry for this delay in reply.

First of all, you need to install Microsoft Access Database Engine. 

Then you can bind database to combox box through the following steps:

1,select your combox box>> click the triangle >> select Use Data Bound Items

2,Data Source, click Add Project Data Source in the drop-down box >> choose the database,click next>>choose dataset>>click new connection..>>click change..>>select Microsoft Access Database File,click OK>>Browser your source file(.accdb file) ,click OK>>Click OK, click next>>select your table in your database>>click finish

Note: If you fail to add it, please click this to troubleshoot it.

3,Display Member : item in the datasource that is displayed in the ComboBox items

4,Value Member : The corresponding data for items in the datasource
