Hey, I have a question with regards to Service Mesh pricing. The azure pricing calculator has an input for the duration and I was wondering if this is total work being performed per month or total uptime? That is, if my app is up every day for a month but only handles 100,000 requests, each 1 second is my charge $0.20? Or am I paying for the full month, so 28 days times 86,400 seconds per day for 2,419,200 seconds or $4.84? 

My examples are based on US West, linux and a single container.

The default numbers for the pricing calculator set it to 730 hours. Which equates to an entire month of uptime. 

So you pay for the compute power, storage and transactions. 

In this example, I set it up as if you were running 24x7 for an entire month
