My Azure account is tied to my MSDN subscription, and hosts a number of Application Insights resources for my apps.

We need to transition several apps to the Enterprise tier, but the question has come up; are we allowed to use AI to monitor production apps via an azure account that is backed by an MSDN subscription?

I understand that we cannot use MSDN benefits Azure credit to pay for Pay-as-you-go AI charges, but there is concern that we need another type of subscription in order to host production AI resources.

Can anyone point me to documentation on the topic of Azure production services (AI in particular) in conjunction with AI, so I can satisfy the legal department?
