Hi All,

I enabled GitHub PnP Responsive UI package in the web application, when I open web page sometimes it got stuck in both browser (Chrome/IE), I am not able to find out why it's happening?
Is this cause of PNP package or other issues?
Please help to identify the issue.

Hi S Alam,

You can do following things to identify the issue.

1.Try to disable the GitHub PnP Responsive UI package and see if there is any improvement.

2.Are the GitHub PnP Responsive UI package you are using the latest version? You can reapply with the latest version.

3.Do you have distributed caching enabled? If so, you can try the stop distributed cache.

4.Enable the developer dashboard and check where page is spending more time for loading.

5.Is there a tool for installing antivirus software on your device? You can temporarily pause the software.

6.If the problem persists, you can check the ULS log to see if there is a corresponding error message, ULS log is at: 

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\LOGS
