Is it possible to change the list URL after creation ? For example, I named it as Lists/CredReqTEST and now in the url i want only Lists/CredReq.
BACKGROUND:
I have a workflow attached to the current list so I don't want to make any changes that would disrupt that - maintain the List ID.
Originally, I created two lists and two workflows with customized InfoPath forms. I ran into problems in my "production" site but I couldn't make a site template to create a test site because the site was a publishing site. So I created a new site (TEST), made list templates to create the new lists and manually re-created the workflow. Now that I have things working on the TEST site, I figured I would just make a site template, blow away the "production" lists and workflows, then create a new "production" site based on my TEST site template. Only thing is that when I made the site template, the names came over as well, CredReqTEST. I thought that the ListID is what really has to stay the same and I figured the only modifications I would have to make for the url change would be in my workflows.

Found solution that worked for me:
Open up a document library in your site and then 'Open with Explorer'. Navigate to your list and right click and rename.
FYI, doing thru SharePoint Designer 2013 - All Files - Rename, did not work for me.
