I have a VM with a public and private IP address. I'm trying to access it throw the internet by I can't reach the public address. I execute an 'ipconfig /all' and it listed only the private IP as the preferred. What can you do to solve this?

您需要允许您尝试在网络安全组中访问与NIC /子网关联的端口。 

You need to allow the ports which you are trying to access in Network Security Group which is associated to NIC/Subnet.
