We've got IP addresses within 194.223.167.0/24 allocated to Australian ISPs.
When querying services hosted on Azure Traffic Manager, the DNS response we're getting are for Western Europe endpoints.
This is creating additional latency as Australian clients in this subnet are now connecting to the Western Europe endpoints for services that are available through Australian endpoints.
The whois record from APNIC for 194.233.167.0 applies only to the 194.223.167.0/29 subnet, however we've seen this apply to other subnets within the /24
whois -h whois.apnic.net 194.223.167.0 | grep country
country: AU

Similar queries from other IPs within Australia return an Australia East endpoint.

The ISP advertise the larger 194.223.164.0/22 subnet into BGP - perhaps this issue applies to that /22?
Can anyone advise how we can resolve this issue?

Can you share me the exact IP address for which you are routed to different end points?
Azure Traffic manager uses an Internal API to check the Geo-location. I can validate when you share me the exact IPs. Also share me your Traffic manager's profile config (nested or geographical)
