I signed up for a free Azure account.  On the portal it shows an Active subscription under my account (See image).  I am trying to build a Logic App in Visual Studio 2015.  After creating a Logic App solution, clicked on the LogicApp.json file and selected "Open with Logic App Designer".  Here I selected my outlook account that has an active Azure subscription, however, under Subscription, it states "No subscription associated with this account".  (See image)

I tried to use Server Explorer to connect to my Azure account and then select from the content menu "Manage and Filter subscriptions...".  It shows one subscription however at the same time it states, "This account has no
subscription" (See image).

Also tried to connect to my Azure account using Cloud Explorer and it also shows "We didn't find any Microsoft Azure subscriptions associated with your account."

I have installed Azure SDK, Azure PowerShell and LogicAppsTools for Visual Studio.

Not sure what I am missing here.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SOLUTION:

In visual studio, Top-right button with your credentials:

Click on account settings
1. In "All accounts" section, "Remove" all your accounts
2. In "Personalization Account", Sign out (EDIT<g class="gr_ gr_91 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Style replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="91" id="91">:This</g> step is no longer required)
3. Restart visual studio (EDIT: This step is no longer required)
4. Re-enter your credentials
Now your subscriptions should appear.
