状态已停止（未分配） [英] Status Stopped(Unallocated)

我无法访问RDP，在Azure中检查相同内容 - VM在Visual Studio Enterprise下的状态 - Bizspark已停止（已取消分配）。  

I'm unable to access the RDP, on Checking for the same in Azure - VM the status for the same under Visual Studio Enterprise - Bizspark was STOPPED(DEALLOCATED).  

如果是订阅问题，则假设在2019年8月到期而不是现在。到目前为止，我一直在接受任何解决方案。自发布以来已有15天

If it was issue with subscription, it was suppose to expire in the month of August 2019 not now. I havnt received any solution for the same till now. Its been 15 days since issue

听起来VM已停止。 你能不能只启动这个VM？此选项将位于VM的概述刀片上。

It sounds like the VM is stopped.  Can you not just start this VM? The option for this will be on the Overview blade of the VM.
