I got an error when loading and create web jobs. I have 2 web jobs.  They were works fine.  But found them stop work recently. So I want to check what happen on azure. But can't load web jobs. Always loading or display a message said loading failed and try again after 5 mins. I opened chrome DevTools to see request detail and found web job loading request failed with 429 error. The message is "too many requests, Please try again later".

Then I tried to add a new web job but also failed without error message. Just display add web job failed.

What tier is your web app running on? If it's free or shared tier, can you please try to bump it up to the basic tier? It sounds like you may have hit a CPU or another resource quota.
