Is attestation driver signing still available? It appears that all the Microsoft documentation on it is out of date. I cannot find anywhere to submit the files.

As far as I know, the Windows Hardware Dev Center Dashboard doesn't support Attestation at this time. For all attestation signing, regardless of driver flight status, must go through the legacy dashboard.
