I'm getting following error while i'm doing the ARM deployments with the Visual Studio.

You may run into this error when you have linked your Logic App to an instance of Log Analytics, either at creation time or later. To resolve this error you can try deleting the existing diagnostic setting, so ARM can deploy a new one and it will not see this setting as duplicate. Subsequent deployments should succeed after this change.
