I am just beginner in Android development, I have created a small program . When I am running , the message is coming No Virtual machine was created. I tried to create the virtual system using windows -> Android virtual device manager but still it is not working.

Please can you anybody guide me how to create a compatible target device to test my application .I am using windows vista , 3 gb Ram.
