Customer was sent the following documentation: aka.ms/f_ptAxROUX  and  aka.ms/d_ptAxROUX however, this did not help. 

The customer added that they need to download via FTP (get the FTP address to link into Dreamweaver) 

"We have built the app through Dreamweaver and it’s a simple set up through DW but we can’t get the FTP address"

Appreciate any assistance that can be provided in this case.

Hi,

Has the customer deployed Azure App Services (.azurewebsites.net)?

If yes, then he can navigate to the Webapp and from the overview blade, he can download the publish profile by clicking on 'Get Publish profile'
