Azure ASC reports StorageAccount out of compliance, if open public networks. To fix this, we wanted to use networkAcls.ipRules to allow only from known IP address ranges. Is there limit to number of ipRules?

Refer to the suggestion mentioned in the below article:   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-network-security#grant-access-from-an-internet-ip-range
Each storage account supports up to 100 IP network rules, which may be combined with Virtual network rules.
