Hi, I'm trying to download the upgrade for SSMS in english, but it keeps downloading the italian version (I'm in Italy) and there aren't localized links for upgrade files (there are links only for the full installation file). I also changed the language at the bottom of the page but it keeps downloading italian version. This is very annoying because I think many people use english versions even in non-english countries.

Could you please tell us the language for your operating system. And the browser you used to download the package.
I tested the Microsoft Edge, the language for the downloaded package will match the operating system language even though I changed the website language to English. Please try to change the another browser( for example: chrome) to visit the website and download the package.
Besides, you can also change the Windows language to English(Settings > Time & language > Region & language) and then download the package.
