I am in the process of making a form with action items related to the submitted information.  Here is the process:

The individual completing the form submits information.

The manager of the individual receives the information and generates actions based on the submitted information.

The manager has a repeating table with the following: "Action" "Assignee" "Expected Completion Date" "Action Status"

The manager, depending on the submission, can create as many action items as they want towards a submitted form.

What I would like to know is, how do I create an output based on the status of actions?  For example:

There are 2 action items populated.  The status indicates 'Complete' while the other is 'In-Progress'.  How do I make a field auto-populate that overall form review is still in-progress based on this information?

If any repeated actions are in-progress, I would like the overall field to indicate in-progress.

If ALL actions are complete, I would like the overall field to indicate Complete.

I tried making rules for this, but since the status field is technically the same for each line, it toggles based on one action status update.
