I just want to understand why do im having network slowness on the Azure VM ?  did I missed a config in here ? I tested the network stats vs  local server and it turns out that azure VM is slower. why am i experiencing this kind of issue?

When you deploy an application locally and access it locally it will be faster.

When you deploy the same app in azure VM and access it, It will be little slower because your application has to download the js ans css files from the Azure VM to the local machine.

Of course, we can improve this scenario with couple of ways.

We can use a Azure CDN to host the static files(images, javascript and css) and server to the clients.

We need ti increase the loading time in Localserver as well. From your screenshot it takes around 5 seconds which is on the higher side. We need to bring that down to 2 to 3 seconds.  You can see the network tab in inspector and check which call is taking more time and based on that you can optimize.
