I'm hosting a discord bot with node.js on an  azure vm. After having it on for a bit, it gives this error. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? When it gives the error it stops the bot as well.

Generally ECONNRESET Error means the server closed the connectin abruptly.

Mostly the nodejs server which you are running is throwing an exception and stops.
