I have a column where the type of information will always be a number formatted as follows: YYYY-XXXXXX, where Y = year and X = an auto-generated number from another program.  These two are separated by a dash.  Right now, I set the column up as "Number" so it will not allow me to enter the dash.  Additional Column Settings only asks for specifying min/max, number of decimal places and default value: number or calculated value - ??  I probably need to set this up as a different type.  Thanks for any help.  I need all I can get.
