I am facing issue on Hosted applications: site continuously refreshing / reloading

error:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://apps.domain.com/web-services/GetListData.svc/ReadListData' from origin 'http://sitecollection.domain.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
