I have a doubt in this, as i was going through the Docs of Microsoft Healthcare Bot and as well as i went through the HIPAA Docs too, and then i came to one conclusion that if microsoft is saying that healthcare bot is HIPAA complaince and at the back they are using LUIS as there language understanding and as per my knowledge LUIS store the data in the logs which is the violation of HIPAA privacy rule. Then how can Microsoft HealthCare bot can be HIPAA compliance.
