I have been working with BizTalk have a simple application which picks up a file from our internal server, encrypts it using the PGP keys and drops them in to Vendor's SFTP server. I used the a simple Send Pipeline component with the Encode stage. I am trying to see if this can be accomplished using Logic Apps, I am pretty new to Logic Apps and I was able to seet up the SFTP connections but didnt know how can I handle the encryption. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

You would likely need to write Azure Function for Encryption which you call in Azure Logic App workflow.
