Publication : Server1 (cloud VM) as Publication & Distributor   (sql 2016)

订阅者： 
Server2  本地内部部署VM（不是cloudVM）  as Subscriber（sql 2016） 

Subscriber:  Server2 local on-premises VM (not cloudVM )  as Subscriber (sql 2016) 

我可以使用SSMS从我的云Server1获取此Server2（平均连接在那里 - 1433）

i can take this Server2 from my cloud Server1 using SSMS ( mean connection is there- 1433)

If you are able to connect to Server2 from Server1 and vice versa. I think the setup will be same as how you configure replication on an On-premise server. Post us of any error messages if you are encountering issues while configuring.
