In my audit log for provisioning with an Enterprise app via SCIM I am seeing the following entry skip log periodically for all users. It seems that none of my users are properly syncing even though they pass scope and mapping.

Please try unassigning and reassigning the users. Sometimes the users are not effectively entitled and get skiped.

Also, ensure that your attribute matching properties are configured correctly.
