Accounting for speed/latency, complexity, etc. as it relates to performance while also trying to factor in costs can make the decision as to when to create a new collection vs adding properties/fields to an existing collection quite complex and difficult.  Are there guidelines and/or "best practices" for determining when creating a new Cosmos DB collection is necessary/optimal?
