The format for the input and output data locations in the sample scripts seems designed specifically around the Azure blobs to store and retrieve data.  The inputs include a "ConnectionString", "RelativeLocation", and "storage_container_name".  I'm trying to modify the scripts to work with an SFTP site, but I'm not sure how to format the input file location parameters in a way that Azure will accept.
