Hello,

You can easily cancel your subscription but once you cancel it your access to Azure services and resources ends

Microsoft will delete it after 90 Days after canceling it

1. Login to Azure
2. Select your subscription from the Subscriptions page in Azure portal.
3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.

4. Select Overview, and then select Cancel subscription
