For one of the user in edit item form for the list, three columns are not showing the data. This is when open an existing item. 

It is showing data in chrome but not showing in IE even after clearing the cache and cookies 

User has contribute no delete permissions and read permissions.

I think Name and Reporting Manager column type is Person or Group.

Please check what Show field: in column properties?

And check the user properties was shown is empty or not?
