Please have a try with the following steps:
1.Close Visual Studio 2015.
2.Head over to the following folders:
C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0
C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0
3.Delete everything in them
4.Restart Visual Studio.
