我有24/7的常用Windows服务，想了解我可以使用哪种Azure功能在云端滚动服务（Web作业，功能等等。截至目前VM不是一个选项。

I have common Windows service 24/7, would like to understand which Azure feature I can use to roll the service in cloud (Web job, Function, etc.) As of now VM is not an option.
