We used a consultant to set up Azure with Logic Apps for us. The engagement is over but our Azure subscription is still managed by them. We purchased a Standard support plan as we plan to continue using Azure in-house. I can't seem to apply the Standard support plan to our Azure subscription.

What do we need to do to apply the support plan (purchased directly from Microsoft) to our Azure subscription (purchased through a third party)? Both subscriptions are on the same tenant account.
