I am using the portal.azure.com Machine Learning Service and the studio.azureml.net Machine Learning Studio as well with my account ([e-mail]).

There are 2 types of workspaces available in portal.azure.com i.e. "Machine Learning service workspaces" and "Machine Learning Studio workspaces". Studio workspace is the one tied to studio.azureml.net. You need to have a studio workspace in order to start working on studio. Both the workspaces i.e. studio and service are not related to each other.

In order to manage your Studio workspace from portal go to portal.azure.com -> click on all services -> search for "workspace" -> click on "Machine Learning Studio workspaces".
