I have an issue with Lab Services where I create a lab and after waiting for it to generate a template it says Your lab is in a failed state.

- changing the image on which it is based on (Win 10, Win 10 N, Win Server 2016, etc.)

Please let me know if there is a known issue or if anybody thinks it might be an specific account issue (I am on a pay-as-you-go subscription it that has any relevance).

I just tried creating a lab in Azure Lab Services with Windows 10, Version 1809 and 5 machines in Western Europe. I was able to do so. My Lab Account also exists in Western Europe.
