We deployed an app in global Azure AKS and managed to share a persistent volume across multiple pods using Azure Files. We would like to deploy the same app in AKS in Azure Stack, but Azure Files is not supported in Azure Stack. Your best bet for a file share in Azure Stack is to either spin up a VM and put the file share on that VM. If the AKS VMs are joined to your internal network, you can grant them access to an existing share inside the network.
