我有24个作业处于"删除"状态,其中一个处于"终止"状态。这些工作中的每项任务都已完成。

I have 24 jobs stuck in 'deleting' state and one stuck in 'terminating' state in the portal. Every task in these jobs are completed.

I have 10 VM in my pool : 9 in idle and 1 in 'running' (for no reason, probably the job stuck in terminating state).

This issue occured after one of the VM in the pool ran out of disk space. However, manually deleting files in the VM did not solve the issue. I can't ssh into the 'running' VM to shut it down because I can't create an user (The specified node user does not exist.)

Thanks for reaching out. Hard to say what the issue is without taking a look at the backend to see what is hung up.

Have you seen any errors in the portal? Generally after a while the operation will error out and provide you with an error of what happened. If it is still in that state, we should get you in touch with support to have it looked into.
