After doing a demo ASR the vault and resource group will not delete.  The vault think's it has items left within it, yet all resources have been deleted with the exception of the Vault.

Please dis-associate the server from the replication policies before deleting it or delete the configuration server/hyper-v host from site recovery infrastructure panel.
