似乎早上今天ADF v2服务中断了至少3-4小时。指示器是我们工厂中的任何管道都出现错误 

it seems as today in the morning there was an outage of at least 3-4 hours in the ADF v2 service. Indicator for that is that any pipe in our factory failed with the error

The error happened between 10pm 25th and 2am 26th CET, but I cannot find any post in the azure status monitor history on this. Why are such conditions not triggering a post that admins know what is going on? What conditions have to be fulfilled that infomation about such events are spread? Complete breakdown?
