I am following the HOL from ALM rangers regarding "VS Architecture Tooling Guide - Explore an Existing System HOL". Once a DGML graph is created, I understand that we can display search box (Controle F), type the name of any method and those should expand the component that has a method starting with the entered text.This is not happening in my environment, I clicked on Aut-expand.....

in left down corner always getting "Passed end of document"

Am I missing any config or option

Hello.

Actually the Ctrl+F Search only Search what is in the DGML document. From VS 2012 the DGML document only contains what was requested, not the entiere representaiton of the code (so that this scales better). Unless you have expanded the nodes they are not fetched yet from the code.

What I would suggest is that you do a Ctrl+F in the solution explorer, and then when you've found what you want, request the contextual command "Show on Code Map", and if needed the contextual command  Show Parent hiearchy (which can be name Show Parent Type, Show Parent Namespace, etc .. depending on what you added.
