I can't get to boot device selection or any other BIOS-like settings. I would like to do a clean reinstall of the OS with full disk format. I have a bootable install flash drive but can't get the tablet to boot from it.

Still couldn't find the UEFI boot menu, but Windows 8 boot menu let me start command prompt which let me start setup.exe from the flash drive so I could format the boot disk a do a clean install - pretty cool
