I know how to do it in Word 2003 Tools > Options > Check show bookmarks, but how you do it in Word 2007. Any help really appreciated.

You can make bookmarks visible same way as you do in Word 2003 by going to:

>> Office Button
>> Word Options (on the bottom of menu)
>> Advance
>> Scroll down a bit and goto Show Document Content Options
>> Select Show Bookmarks checkbox
