I have a DateTime Property in my Model called AppDate. I need to build a Date Range Selector that works on client side so the user can choose to view all applications submitted in a specified range. Example: I want to see all applications between 1/1/2013 and 2/1/2013.

There are tons of date selector controls available. If I understand, you want to specify a date range for a control. Using an existing control, is easy. Writing your own, is too hard a question for a forum reply.
