As you said that it worked well when you run it in the command line, but it doesn’t work in the VS IDE with the admin, if so, I suggest you try to change the Platform target or the Target framework, check it again. Actually, I just find this issue in the VS2008 like this document, it seems that it has been resolved in the VS2010 version. If still no help, to repro this issue, I suggest you share us a simple app, I will try to profile it in my machine. Thanks for your understanding.
