You can't set the designer to automatically adjust to display size and it wouldn't change anything, as forms are having specific width and height indpendent on that. If you design for 1024x768 and then shrink the design area to say 800x600, then the form will simply be clipped in the designer.

VFP6 has no anchoring properties, even if it had, to st them needs thinking through how you want controls to behave in resizing.

To just have a zoom you may look for Markus Winhards form resizer class. Watch out, you need to address grids inner colmn width a extra and also ActiveX. It's not as easy as setting zoom switch on or off, but the class at least brings you into that direction.
