When I change my javascript, or for example the default.html (to add custom javascript lib's), it is not Always updated in IISExpress.

When I debug I also see the previous version.

Even when I close IISExpress and restart debugging, the old files are still there.

When I close Visual Studio, reopen it, I can see my changes at debug time.
