Why I can't install SQL 2014 if I have a previous version (SQL 2012)? or How can I install SQL 2104 in the same machine where I have SQL 2012 and Visual Studio 2012?

You cannot do this. SQL Server 2014 CTP 1 does not support a side by side installation with SQL Server 2012 or any other version of SQL Server.  Please review the Release Notes (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn169381(v=sql.15).aspx ) for the complete list of limitations and restrictions for CTP1.
