Sconfig挂起'检查系统......' [英] Sconfig hangs on 'Inspecting system...'

When I try to use sconfig command at running windows core container it stops at 'Inspecting system...' prompt and hangs. I already tried to launch it from powershell and command line with the same effect.

我可以使用CTRL + c退出，但脚本不会比提到的提示更进一步。

I can exit out from with with CTRL+c but script will not go any further than mentioned prompt.
