I have had a few users complain that they bought an in-app (durable) item from my app but were not issued a license.  If I have the username that they used to buy the in-app product, is there a way I can manually issue the license?

Currently, the Windows Store purchase API can only grant free products so you're not able to grant your add-on to a given account.
