When using this ActiveX file "eparagon.ocx" it loaded and would run no problems in IE 11 Windows 7 32bit. After installing Windows 7 64bit (clean install) and going to the ip address of the device using IE 11 (32 bit mode), the file loads but IE crashes.  If I run IE 11 (32 bit mode) using "Run as administrator" and go to the ip address the .ocx file works and everything is great.  The computer is only one user with administrative privileges.

Tried many settings in IE including adding to either intranet or trusted zone with modified active x settings and still same issue.  The file is in the correct directory SysWOW64.  Tried registering manually and website still no work.  Changed settings in group policy and still so work.  Changed update versionlist to "0" in registry and deleted the versionlist.xml file.  Even gave the user folder permission directly in the registry and still no work.  Will only run in IE when in elevated (Run as administrator) mode.

For obvious reasons I do not want to make IE always run as administrator.  Please help me with a solution.
